Pulsz TV Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pulsz TV platform — whether through the website at pulsztv.pro or through the mobile application — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform in any way.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Pulsz TV, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person accessing any part of the platform. They apply to all sections of the platform including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Bingo, and account management features.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a Pulsz TV account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Pulsz TV account.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

Pulsz TV reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any point. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

When registering an account on Pulsz TV, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may hold only one account on the platform. If duplicate accounts are identified — regardless of whether they were created intentionally — Pulsz TV reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held across them.

• Your account credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Accounts that show no activity for an extended period may be marked as inactive and subject to dormancy procedures outlined in the platform's fair use policy.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Pulsz TV are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account registered in someone else's name — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source may be returned and the receiving account reviewed.

• Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your account balance within a few minutes of OTP confirmation.
• Raast and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on processing times at the sending institution.
• Pulsz TV does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• It is your responsibility to ensure deposit details are entered correctly. Deposits sent to incorrect account details cannot always be recovered.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered under your name. Withdrawals are issued in PKR only. Requests to withdraw to a payment account belonging to a different person will not be processed.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account may be subject to a verification check. This is standard procedure and is in place to protect all account holders. Providing accurate information at registration helps ensure this process is completed without delays.

• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within one to three business days.
• Pulsz TV reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing large withdrawal amounts.
• Any active bonus conditions must be met before a withdrawal of the associated funds can be made.
• Withdrawals of funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a review.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Pulsz TV — including Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports, and other sports markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market. General betting rules that apply across all sports are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit option for that market.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect already-confirmed bets.
• In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport or competition. In most cases, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned.
• For live in-play markets — including delivery-by-delivery cricket betting — there may be a brief delay between events and the updating of markets. Bets placed during this window may be voided if the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
• Pulsz TV reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a system error, incorrect odds publication, or manipulation of the market.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits may apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets.

PSL and international cricket fixtures are among the most actively traded markets on Pulsz TV. Players are encouraged to review the specific rules for multi-leg cricket bets, team total markets, and player performance markets before placing large stakes.

7 Live Casino & Bingo

The Live Casino and Bingo sections of Pulsz TV operate under their own specific game rules, which are displayed within each game or table before play begins. Players should read and understand these rules before wagering real PKR balances.

• Live Casino games — including Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, and game show formats — are streamed in real time. Disconnection during a live game round does not void a bet already placed; the round result will stand.
• Bingo sessions have defined ticket pricing and prize structures displayed in the lobby before joining a room. Ticket purchases are non-refundable once a session has started.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each Live Casino table are displayed before joining. These limits may vary by table and may change during peak periods.
• Any malfunction or interruption in the game stream due to a technical fault on the platform side will be investigated and affected rounds may be voided with stakes returned.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pulsz TV. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and being permanently banned from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting errors in odds, software bugs, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds through the platform for any purpose other than genuine betting and gaming entertainment.
• Using payment accounts belonging to other people for deposits or withdrawals.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix outcomes or manipulate markets.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age or identity during verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing platform support staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account abuse.
• At the request of the account holder through the account closure process.
• Prolonged inactivity where the account has held no activity for an extended period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the request of the holder, remaining verified balances will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method after any pending reviews are completed.

12 Limitation of Liability

Pulsz TV provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• Pulsz TV is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, technical faults, network interruptions, or events outside of our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of odds provided by third-party data feeds. In the event of a clearly erroneous odd being published, affected bets may be voided.
• Pulsz TV is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to read and understand these terms, game rules, or promotion conditions before participating.
